We welcome questions, comments, and new customers from Canadian
Store/Business owners.

New Customers:

If you are a new customer, please e-mail or fax us for a credit application or fill out our on-line credit application form. 
To obtain your first order, the application must be completed fully and we 
will need your provincial tax number.  Once you place your first order, we will process your credit application.

First-Time Orders:

First orders are shipped C.O.D., paid in advance, or by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  Subsequent orders are shipped Net 30 days O.A.C.

Shipping:

We ship everywhere in Canada using Canpar or Canada Post F.O.B. Uxbridge. 

Returns

Returns not authorized will not be accepted.  15% restocking fee may be applicable to returns.

Order from the U.S.

We ship to the U.S.  There is a $500 CAD minimum for shipments to the U.S.
